40 photos (min)
2 different locations
use aperture priority or Macro mode or portrait mode (if you don't have aperture priority)
don't forget to vary your angle of view to make more interesting photos
Remember:
f 2.8 = more light, shallow depth of field, larger hole (reduced ability to focus foreground and background at the same time)
